Rejection
The Wound of Rejection
Do you often feel rejected in your relationships?
Whether in love, friendship, at work, or within your social environment, do you sometimes feel that you are not chosen, not recognized, or not fully welcomed?
These feelings are often linked to the emotional wound of rejection.
It is one of the earliest and deepest emotional wounds.
It can form very early in life, sometimes even before birth, when a child perceives the world as hostile, threatening, or unwelcoming.
To protect themselves, the child learns to withdraw.
They become discreet, invisible, retreat inward, and develop the deep belief that they do not have a place, that they are not enough.
In adulthood, this wound may manifest as low self-esteem, hypersensitivity to others’ opinions, a tendency toward perfectionism, or difficulty believing that one can be accepted as they truly are.
In relationships, it often leads to doubting connections, self-sabotage, avoiding sincere relationships, or rejecting others before being rejected.
Healing the wound of rejection requires a return to self-acceptance.
It involves stopping the rejection of oneself, recognizing one’s own value, and granting oneself the legitimacy to fully exist.
As this inner work unfolds, the way we see ourselves softens.
Relationships then become more authentic, more secure, and more aligned.

Meditation – Healing the Wound of Rejection
Gentle Quantum Hypnosis & Reopening to Self-Love
This meditation guides you into an inner space where the tensions linked to rejection can finally soften and dissolve.
It is a subtle journey, carried by a very gentle hypnotic induction, allowing you to relax in complete safety and to release the emotional burdens connected to the feeling of not being enough, not being accepted, or not having a place.
The session lasts approximately 35 to 40 minutes and is supported by music created especially for this healing.
It is composed of vibrational frequencies that re-harmonize the heart space, soothe memories of rejection,
and restore within you a deep sense of legitimacy, worth, and belonging.
Throughout the experience, powerful affirmations gently dissolve old wounds,
calm the fear of being excluded,
and open the way to a new inner safety grounded in self-love and self-acceptance.
This meditation invites you to:
— release the fear of being rejected,
— reclaim your rightful place,
— feel welcomed, supported, and fully allowed to be yourself.
It is a path of reintegration,
where presence, gentleness, and self-love once again become your foundations.
